EarthQuaker Devices refers to their Ghost Echo as a "Vintage Voiced Reverb," which is probably apt. But the Ghost Echo offers so much more than your run-of-the-mill reverb pedal, so don't let the description sell you short. Based on the washy, variable sounds of an amp-top reverb unit, the Ghost Echo uses short and long-ish delays to deliver rich, spacey echo sounds.
This 2018 EarthQuaker Ghost Echo shows some minor scuffs and signs of wear, but it's in nice shape all around, and it functions 100% as it should. The serial number has rubbed off of the back label, but it's still visible inside.

"Phew, that was close. The Dwell control sets the length and thickness of the decay, which is to say that it controls how long the disembodied spirits of notes no longer with us float through the ether. At the maximum setting it will descend into an infinite loop of self-oscillation. The Depth sets the intensity of the reverb, which you probably know as the wet/dry mix, but we like to think of it more as how scary the overall effect is.
