Dana Bourgeois has been building guitars for over 40 years, and he is known as one of the foremost authorities on the voicing, selection, and utilization of fine acoustic tonewoods. Bourgeois Guitars are known for incredible sound and superior workmanship, and they are often able to deliver an inspiring, boutique guitar at a much more accessible price.

The Bourgeois OM-Country Boy demonstrates that the right combination of fine materials, built and voiced with expertise and precise craftsmanship will produce deeply inspiring tone. Relatively simple in appointments, the OM-Country Boy may be the best value for good tone in our entire boutique guitar selection. It features an Aged Tone (Torrefied) Sitka Spruce top and beautiful Honduran Mahogany back and sides. Its voice is robust for a small-body, yet nicely balanced. It is warm and rich with woody overtones and mellow top-end. It's hard to find songs and licks that don't sound great on this guitar. It's also exciting to see a guitar of this quality—built with materials of this quality—at a price-point under $4k. We think you'll appreciate it every bit as much as we do.
