The OM-Large Soundhole comes standard with an AT Torrefied Adirondack Spruce top and Madagascar Rosewood back and sides. This traditional Orchestra Model body has a long 25.5\" scale length and a 4.5\" wide soundhole. In tribute, the OM-Large Soundhole is decked out with a variety of minor details unique to an iconic guitar that inspired a generation of players and luthiers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis 2024 OM-Large Soundhole (serial #10357) features a gorgeous sunburst top, and the specs are otherwise standard for the model. The Madagascar Rosewood set has a darker grain pattern that looks a lot like the Brazilian Rosewood varieties used in the '30s and '40s. Madagascar has similar tonal characteristics to Brazilian, too. In combination with the Aged Tone Torrefied top, Aged Tone finish, and Animal Protein glue construction, this OM-Large Soundhole captures the refined tone of a played-in, vintage relic. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis 2024 OM-LSH has been played gently and doesn't appear to have spent much time outside of the case. In your hands, you can tell it's a used guitar—there's some minor swirling in a few spots—and there's are some surfaces scratches in the finish on the back, probably from zippers or buttons. But the playability is excellent, the frets are pristine, so this Bourgeois will not disappoint. This wood spec comes with a high price tag, so this gently-used OM is a great opportunity to get a boutique guitar made from premium woods at a more accessible level. The tone is complex, nuanced and refined. Very cool guitar.
