Akron's own EarthQuaker Devices teamed up with Park Amplifiers to bring you the Park Fuzz Sound: a faithful recreation of the original Tone Bender Mk III. The Park Fuzz Sound delivers great ’60s-style germanium fuzz tones with a little extra gain and range. Unlike other Tone Bender variants, the Park has a wide open tone control that makes it more adaptable.
From Premier Guitar: "Like many germanium fuzzes, the Park is most colorful when the fuzz and volume are wide-open. At these settings the rangy tone control makes the pedal capable of fatter, doomier voices than a Mk II without sacrificing that ’60s buzz. For players that love the Mk II’s heat but find it one-dimensional, the EarthQuaker Park Fuzz is a cool and often surprising alternative."
This 2016 EarthQuaker Devices Park Fuzz Sound shows some scuffs and the general wear of a used pedal (it does get stepped on, after all!), but it functions 100% as it should and sounds great. Two strips of velcro have been added to the underside, so this Park Fuzz is ready for your pedalboard!
