With a cutaway, radius fingerboard, and Fishman Matrix VT Enhance electronics under the hood, the Martin 000C Nylon may be the most versatile nylon-string guitar you never knew you needed. Thanks to its solid Sitka Spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides, the 000C Nylon produces a warm, rich, and mellow acoustic tone, but this guitar truly excels when plugged in. Its amplified tone is fat and articulate, and it remains a faithful replication of the instrument's natural tone. On the stage, the 000C Nylon provides classic nylon-string sound that can add a different flavor to any set.
The 000C Nylon's 12-fret 000-body and 1-7/8" nut width will feel familiar to seasoned classical players, and its low profile neck profile with Performing Artist neck taper, radius fingerboard, and cutaway design provide a fast feel with easy access to the upper register that any player will enjoy. Like the N-20s of the 1970s, the 000C Nylon sports a longer 26.44" scale. This longer scale length is in keeping with the classical guitar tradition, and it allows for stronger, more dynamic projection and impressive bass response.
The Martin 000C Nylon is a unique guitar and an excellent song-writer's guitar, too, but it's also a different sound that adds more inspiration to any collection.
