Empyreal “The Plank” Mahogany Dual

In stock

Empyreal Instruments’ “The Plank” is the brainchild of Jeff Plankenhorn from Austin, Texas. As a touring musician, he needed an instrument that would satisfy both traditional lap steel tones as well as sacred steel and more contemporary styles. The tone is clean and tight, takes effects very well, and absolutely screams in the right hands. This was one of the prototype “Planks” that Jeff used personally on his album “Soul Slide.” There are some pick marks from honest playing, and the guitar includes a Gator case that has plenty of life left.
